Main tasks:
-Lead OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) projects, from risk prevention to implementing an OSH culture linked to quality of life at work, according to ISO 45000 standard
-Evaluate and manage all occupational risks.
-Ensure the continuous improvement of the OSH management system by implementing OSH performance evaluation tools (severity rate, frequency rate, etc.)
-Define procedures to follow in case of crisis or emergency.
-Lead regulatory monitoring, which involves studying changes in labor law texts and OSH rules, to verify their applicability.
-Evaluate the effectiveness of the OSH management and performance system and schedule audits.
-Internally manage a network of correspondents and communicate actions to be taken to improve OSH performance.
-Implement an OSH engagement approach on the ground with monitoring and management of OSH performance indicators.
-Lead and manage an OSH team
Engineering degree from a top school, in Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), OSH, or agri-food industry, .....
5 years of experience, preferably in an industrial setting.
