HSE Animator | Meknès (Morocco)

Your role will be central in maintaining and continuously improving health, safety, and environment standards. You will be responsible for implementing HSE policies on the ground, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preventing risks for all personnel and facilities.

On a daily basis, your tasks will be varied and essential:

• Contribute to the development and updating of HSE procedures.
• Lead and raise awareness among teams on good safety and environmental protection practices.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of sites and activities to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
• Participate in the analysis of incidents and accidents to draw lessons and prevent their recurrence.
• Monitor HSE indicators and prepare the necessary reports.
• Ensure regulatory watch on HSE aspects.
• Contribute to industrial risk management and environmental protection.
  

To excel in this role, a Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in the fields of Methods / Process / Industrialization or in specializations focused on Production / Quality / Safety / Maintenance.

A first professional experience of between 1 and 3 years in a similar position is expected. This is the ideal time to leverage your skills and develop your expertise in a stimulating environment in the Oil & Gas sector.
