Reporting to the Human Capital Department, your goal will be to ensure the effective management of HR projects by planning, coordinating, and implementing strategic initiatives aimed at improving the organization's HR processes and practices.
As such, your main missions will be:
HR Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, and implement HR projects, ensuring deadlines, resources, and set objectives are met
- Develop detailed plans, define deliverables, and stakeholder responsibilities
- Communicate and collaborate with HR teams and stakeholders throughout the project
Development and implementation of HR policies and processes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and processes aligned with the company's strategy
- Identify areas for improvement in HR policies and processes
- Recommend and implement solutions to optimize the efficiency and compliance of HR practices
HRIS Roadmap Management
- Develop the HRIS action plan by identifying the needs of the HR department and users
- Ensure continuous updating of implemented modules by optimizing the customer experience
- Deploy the maintenance plan agreed upon with the supplier
- Stay informed about market developments and best practices and ensure their integration into the HRIS roadmap
As a potential candidate:
- You have a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources Management, information systems, or equivalent, with 5 to 8 years of experience, ideally in a similar role;
- You have knowledge of cross-functional project management;
- You have a genuine interest in project management and planning;
- You value confidentiality and have a proactive approach;
- You have team spirit and adaptability.
