As an HR Operations Officer, you will ensure the day-to-day operational management of HR.
Your tasks include:
1. Personnel Administration
- Manage employee administrative files (contracts, amendments, certificates, etc.)
- Ensure follow-up of deadlines (probationary periods, renewals, absences, etc.)
- Ensure compliance of practices with regulations and internal procedures
2. Time Management & Payroll Coordination
- Oversee the tracking of attendance, absences, and leave
- Control and validate variable payroll elements in coordination with the Payroll Officer
- Report anomalies and propose corrective actions
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage operational recruitment (screening, first-level interviews, coordination)
- Ensure candidate tracking
- Organize and structure the onboarding of new employees
4. Training
- Participate in the implementation of the training plan
- Organize sessions (logistics, invitations, follow-up)
- Ensure administrative follow-up and reporting of training activities
5. General Services
- Ensure follow-up of general services related to personnel (badges, uniforms, equipment, etc.)
- Coordinate needs with relevant departments
- Ensure the proper functioning of working conditions for employees
6. Company Life & Internal Events
- Participate in the organization of internal events (meetings, training, employee events, etc.)
- Ensure logistical coordination
- Contribute to the quality of the employee experience
7. Canteen Management
- Ensure operational follow-up of the staff canteen
- Centralize employee needs and feedback
- Ensure adherence to standards in coordination with the service provider
8. Occupational Health
- Act as a liaison with the medico-social service
- Participate in prevention and awareness actions
9. HR Reporting
- Produce and analyze HR dashboards (headcount, absences, training, etc.)
- Ensure regular and reliable reporting to the HRD
- Propose areas for process improvement
10. Employee Support
- Respond to common HR requests
- Support various departments on operational HR topics
- Ensure proper application of internal procedures
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in operational HR
- Good command of HR tools and Excel
- Good knowledge of Moroccan labor law
- Proficiency in French and good level of English (written and spoken)
- Experience in a structured environment highly appreciated
