Job :

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, your missions will be:



  • Administrative staff management: Ensure the follow-up and management of employee administrative files, such as employment contracts, payroll, leave, absences, job descriptions.
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Participate in the recruitment process by posting job offers, screening applications, organizing interviews, and verifying references. Also, ensure the welcome and integration of new employees into the company. Conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
  • Training and development: Coordinate training activities by identifying needs, organizing training sessions, monitoring completed training, and evaluating their impact on employee performance.
  • Social relations management: Participate in internal communication by relaying information to employees and managing relationships with staff representatives or unions, if applicable.
  • Human resources management: Assist in the management of employee careers and professional development, particularly by collaborating with line managers.
  • Contribute to performance evaluations and skills management.
  • Team management: Coordinate with the various members of the INAYA team and handle complaints.
  • Participate in the management of social relations by contributing to the resolution of potential conflicts.
  • Organize internal events such as seminars, training sessions, or team-building days.
  • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of internal processes related to human resources management.
  • Collaborate with other company departments to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination.

Required profile :

For this position, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:



  • Bachelor's to Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good command of HR and office tools
  • Knowledge of Moroccan labor law
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Analytical skills and sense of confidentiality
