Key Responsibilities:


Operational HR


  • Follow the plant HC on a weekly basis & coordinate with Operations Teams the HC Variations
  • Perform & maintain the HR shopfloor walk:  Implement quick wins solutions for EE's & Mid long-term ones
  • Coordinate & Consolidate the HR KPIs mainly Absenteeism & TO analysis, and action plan
  • Ensure the Full hiring Process of Hourly employees & propose Improvements
  • Attend permanently to SIOP Meeting and Ensure Hourly hiring plan or HC flexibility accordingly
  • Liaise with other departments or functions (Operations, payroll, benefits etc.)
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback
  • Treat & follow all employees complaints & requests and Give feedback
  • Leadership and mentorship providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to Supervisors and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Technical or customer-facing responsibilities managing employee relations cases, conducting investigations, and providing guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries.
  • Be on Permanent listening to the employees & propose actions and solution toward them
  • Propose & Implement Initiatives that support wellbeing, Diversity, Inclusion …
  • Process improvement and innovation: continuously evaluating and improving employee relations processes, policies, and programs to drive efficiency and enhance employee experience.

Legal And Compliance


  • Ensure the compliance of HR Procedures & Process Vs the Moroccan Law.
  • keep a constant watch on legal developments to ensure that the company complies with legislative and regulatory changes in employment and labour law.
  • Implement Disciplinary Procedures & Process to be followed & aligned with the local laws
  • Propose, draft & approve all internal Documents related to Legal or social Nature (règlement intérieur, notes internes …)
  • Prepare necessary documentation and follow up litigation cases with the lawyer

Social Relations Management /Social Climate


  • Coordinate relationship with the different Employee representatives mainly: CHSSE, CE, COS in order to have a healthy social climate in the plant
  • Collaboration with Cross functional Teams to align on Employee relations Strategies, policies & practices that support company’s Goals & Values
  • Identify sources of tension and propose preventive & corrective action plans, implement tools to monitor the social Climate
  • develop and implement the company's social relations management strategy: define the objectives, identify the key players (internal and external) and plan the actions to be taken to maintain a good social climate and comply with legal obligations.
  • Assess and improve a company's social climate, propose measurement tools and constant analysis of social data.

Key skills and Qualifications:


  • University degree or equivalent experience
  • Min 5 years of experience
  • Good communication skills, knowledge of HR procedures & Process, some knowledge of Moroccan law.
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
