• Welcome and seat customers with courtesy and professionalism.
• Present the menu, advise customers, and take their orders.
• Serve food and drinks according to best practices.
• Coordinate the dining room team during service.
• Ensure the cleanliness and setup of the dining room.
• Manage customer relations and anticipate their needs.
• Participate in the training of commis and waiters.
• Work closely with other hotel departments.

Perfect mastery of service techniques and in-depth knowledge of wines and spirits will be essential to excel in these roles.

Your background includes at least a high school diploma (Bac), ideally supplemented by specialized training in Hospitality/Restaurant professions.

You have significant experience, between 3 and 5 years, in similar roles, preferably in prestigious establishments.

• Mastery of table service and sales techniques.
• Good knowledge of wines and different menus.
