Graphic Designer | Marrakech (Morocco)

Reporting to the Artistic Department and under the supervision of the Head Graphic Designers, your mission will be to participate in the design, development, and adaptation of all visual materials for the Institution, while ensuring adherence to its graphic identity, artistic universe, and expected quality standards.

Main tasks:

• Design and adapt visual identities and graphic guidelines.
• Create print and digital materials: posters, brochures, signage, social media content, digital campaigns, etc.
• Perform image processing, photo retouching, and illustration creation.
• Participate in motion design content creation and video editing.
• Design graphic layouts and digital interfaces (UI/UX).
• Prepare files for printing and manage follow-up with service providers.
• Ensure the visual consistency of all produced materials.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners

Profile sought:

• Training in graphic design, visual arts, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Excellent command of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Good skills in motion design and video editing.
• Sensitivity to artistic, cultural, and institutional universes.
• Creativity, attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in French and English
