To achieve this, your areas of responsibility are:

Order Management:

Analyze order proposals and modify them if necessary.
Supervise orders and commitments from validation to merchandise delivery.
Check and identify the causes of delivery delays.
Ensure compliance with contract terms and delivery.
Implement corrective actions in case of anomalies (expiration dates or others).

Store Support:

Validate and process store complaints.
Identify products with issues and propose action plans.

Supplier Coordination:

Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure regular and reliable supply.
Negotiate return clauses (merchandise) with suppliers.

Performance Management:

Monitor activity indicators and propose areas for improvement.
Prepare reporting and present it during meetings.

Management:

Support, evaluate your team, and ensure their skill development.

Profile sought:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in logistics or international trade, you have 4 years of experience in which you have developed the following skills:

Knowledge of the specifics of food products.
Mastery of inventory management tools and supply software (ERP, WMS).
Ability to manage the performance of your area.

Analytical skills & Interpersonal and communication skills are the assets and key success factors for this position.
