Job :

The financial security officer's mission is to contribute to the definition, deployment, and management of the financial security system. Their responsibilities are divided as follows:



- Implementation of the AML/CFT risk management system



• Contribute to the identification and analysis of AML/CFT risks;



• Contribute to the development and updating of the AML/CFT risk map;



• Contribute to the development and monitoring of the AML/CFT risk control system derived from the risk map.



- Management of the financial security system



• Contribute to the establishment and updating of the AML/CFT risk map;



• Ensure the screening of clients and beneficiaries of the Savings-Welfare Branch;



• Contribute to the analysis of screening results;



• Contribute to the analysis of transactional flows according to established scenarios;



• Contribute to the processing of AML/CFT alerts from various operational entities;



• Participate in the development of reports.



- Management of the monitoring system assigned to the Compliance function



• Ensure regulatory monitoring within the scope covered by the compliance function





Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent;



• Approximately 3 years of professional experience in a compliance, risk, or audit role, ideally in the field of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT). An international LAB certification would be a plus.



• Initiative, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills;



• Good listening and communication skills;



• Rigor and organizational skills.



• Good knowledge of international recommendations and the legal and regulatory texts governing the AML/CFT system;



• Methodical approach and rigor;



• Qualities of integrity, discretion, and cooperation.



• Analytical skills for financial operations;
