Factory Operational Technology Manager | Tanger (Morocco)

As the Factory Operational Technology Manager, you are at the heart of the site's industrial digital transformation, ensuring the deployment, performance, and evolution of OT technologies.

Main Missions

1. Deployment & management of OT technologies

• Ensure the deployment of OT solutions at the industrial site
• Manage projects related to automation, robotics, and digitalization
• Translate the group's OT roadmap at the local level

2. Industrial data & EDGE layer management

• Master, implement, and operate the EDGE layer (data & applications)
• Structure and maintain industrial data models
• Guarantee data availability and quality

3. Connectivity & IT/OT infrastructure

• Supervise the connectivity of industrial equipment
• Participate in the management and evolution of the infrastructure (networks, servers, ILAN)
• Ensure cybersecurity and system performance

4. Industrial performance & innovation

• Optimize facilities through innovative solutions (automation, AI, vision, cobots...)
• Propose and implement technical improvements
• Contribute to the digitalization of industrial processes

5. Deployment of standards & applications

• Implement group industrial standards (OPC UA, PackML, ISA...)
• Deploy industrial business applications
• Participate in the creation of specific solutions

6. Documentation & skills transfer

• Keep technical documentation up-to-date (diagrams, programs...)
• Train local teams on new technologies
• Support the skill development of teams

7. Management & coordination

• Monitor performance KPIs for the scope
• Collaborate with IT, maintenance, production, and quality teams
• Participate in group technical expert groups

Profile sought

Engineer in automation, industrial IT, or equivalent, with 4 years of successful experience in an industrial environment. You master automated systems, IT/OT environments, and technical project management. Comfortable in complex contexts, you demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and good analytical skills. With good interpersonal skills, you know how to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and are motivated by the challenges of industrial innovation and digital transformation.
