Main Responsibilities:
• Assist the Director in managing their schedule (planning appointments, travel, meetings).
• Organize meetings, draft agendas, minutes, and correspondence.
• Filter phone calls and manage correspondence, including letters, emails, and other requests.
• Coordinate travel (booking tickets, accommodation, itineraries).
• Manage filing and archiving of general management documents.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and external partners, respond to their requests, and ensure the organization of events or visits.
• And any other task in line with the requested profile
Required Education and Skills:
• State diploma Bac+2 in Management, Economics, Executive Assistant
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Executive Assistant or similar role
• Excellent command of IT tools (Microsoft Office)

• Discretion and management of confidential information.
• Sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy.
• Good ability to work in a team and interact with different departments.
