We are looking for, on behalf of one of our clients, a major player in the oil sector, to support its growth and strengthen its general management, an organized, proactive Executive Assistant with an excellent sense of confidentiality.



Under the direct responsibility of the Director, you will be responsible for:



Administrative and organizational management
  • Ensure physical and telephone reception for the management
  • Manage the agenda, organize appointments, meetings, and travel
  • Prepare and follow up on strategic files
  • Draft minutes, notes, letters, and official documents
Internal coordination and management support
  • Ensure liaison with internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure the confidential transmission of information
  • Participate in the preparation of management meetings and committees
Profile sought
  • Minimum Bac+2 / Bac+3 in management, administration, or equivalent
  • Proven experience ( years in executive assistance, ideally in the oil, energy, or industrial sector
  • Proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and oral French; English is a plus
  • Discretion, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities
  • Rigor, autonomy, and initiative
