Equestrian Ground Technician (M/F) | El Jadida (Morocco)

Reporting to the Sector Division, your main mission will be to ensure the maintenance of arenas and paddocks and to oversee the maintenance of equipment to ensure availability, in compliance with schedules, in order to guarantee the smooth running of events at the racecourses.
In this capacity, your main activities will be:
Equestrian Ground Maintenance
- Ensure the maintenance of the equestrian ground (equestrian arenas, race tracks, paddocks)
- Ensure the maintenance of the irrigation system
- Ensure the maintenance of the rails
- Ensure the follow-up of green space maintenance.
Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of equestrian ground maintenance equipment:
• Irrigation tanks and pumps
• Tractors
• Starting gates
• Jumps
• Electronic scoreboards
• Walkers

As a potential candidate, you:

• have a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in electromechanics or civil engineering with proven experience in a similar role
• are proficient in AutoCad
• have advanced skills in Mechanics, Earthworks, Hydraulics, and Electricity
• have ethical behavior
• Are compliant and rigorous
• Have team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
