Your main goal will be to ensure the availability and reliability of our IT network. You will actively contribute to resolving incidents, performing preventive maintenance, and continuously improving our systems to ensure optimal operational continuity.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining network equipment (routers, switches, access points).
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems related to the network.
• Proactively monitoring network performance and implementing corrective actions.
• Participating in cable management and physical organization of server rooms.
• Documenting configurations and maintenance procedures.
• Providing first-level technical support to users for network issues.

For this position, a Bac +2 level (equivalent to a two-year associate's degree) is required. A degree in Computer Science or Electronics would be a significant advantage.

Professional experience of 1 year is expected. This experience can be gained through significant internships or initial professional experiences in similar roles.

We are looking for someone with:

• Solid knowledge of IT network basics (TCP/IP protocols, routing, switching).
• Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
• Autonomy, rigor, and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• A basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts is a plus.
