The IT Tester's main missions are to represent the quality assurance team within the agile team and to ensure, at the end of the project, the achievement of a result that meets commitments in terms of quality, performance, cost, and deadlines for the scope of quality assurance.

In this context, they:

Contribute to quality assurance within their scope:

• Develop the testing strategy
• Ensure compliance with commitments made in terms of deadlines, workload, and content
• Contribute to the validation of business specifications
• Implement traceability between specifications and tests
• Monitor and publish quality indicators for project acceptance testing

Design tests:

• Write the test plan according to ISTQB standards and norms
• Implement manual and/or automated test cases

Perform test campaigns:

• Carry out test execution on different environments (developer workstations, DIT, SIT, Pre-prod)
• Participate in tests related to User Stories as well as business tests (end-to-end tests)
• Ensure the implementation of quality assurance best practices and contribute to improving them
• Propose improvements to quality assurance activities

Manage the test environment:

• Master test environments
• Ensure, in coordination with the service delivery teams, the availability of acceptance testing environments

Manage incident tracking:

• Ensure the creation and tracking of incidents in TFS

Work with agile methods:

• Participate in the overall workload estimation of stories within the timebox with the entire team (functional)
• Act as a link between the Business and the developers
• Determine, in agreement with the Team Leader and the Business, which test cases to automate

• Degree in IT (Bac + 4 level);
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Tester;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (international team);
• Autonomous and willing to adapt to a new testing approach (Agile Testing);
• Good analytical skills for identifying difficulties and risks.
