Responsibilities

Location :  Rabat Technopolis R&D center


  • Engineering project planning and management.
  • Manage engineering work orders (budget) forecast and expense control (resources expenses and CAPEX).
  • Maintain project schedules.
  • Synchronization all timings, product development timings SW (Software), SYS (System), HW (Hardware), ME (Mechanical), LAB (Laboratory) and FS (Functional Safety).
  • Organize and lead engineering technical project deliverables assurance and executions.
  • Customer Interface for technical issues. Lead and follow-up engineering meetings, internal (Lear) and externally (Customer).
  • Lead, control and execution of Engineering Open Issues list.
  • Lead Design to Cost.
  • Lead BOM and have visibility over components costs, to support achievement of product competitiveness targets / CTO roadmaps/material costs.
  • Lead technical evaluation of product changes (ECR, PCR…)
  • Coordinate Team Leaders / Function Owners.
  • Manage Engineering risks that could affect project milestones.
  • Engineering Risk Management and escalation to Program Manager.
  • Actively participation on engineering process improvement initiatives.
  • Development and implementation of Dashboards including KPI´s, control chart per project.

For DFMEA:


Engineering Product Leader (EPL) :


  • Overall responsible of the complete DFMEA Profile deliverable.
  • Responsible to approve the corresponding DFMEA attachments that are inside Profile deliverable.
  • Must provide the EPL assigned pre-requisites

For RFQ, The EPL is responsible to:


  • Receive the RFQ Package
  • Initiate RFQ process inside engineering.
  • Create Repository
  • Organize and lead kick-off meeting and team alignment meetings. Outcome of the kick-off meeting is the assignment of the RFQ orgchart.
  • Creates and maintain RFQ Engineering timing in coordination with eng. team and other departments.
  • Assure that all required engineering outputs needed for the RFQ are delivered on time
  • Review non pure product documents/requirements. E.g. Statement of Work, …
  • Provide feedback to the RFQ technical team during all the RFQ process and closure.


Education Requirements
  • Master’s Degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering


Experience Requirements
  • Experience of 5 years.
  • First experience in project management
  • Team management experience is a plus


Languages
  • Good communication skills,
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
