Centrale Danone is looking for its Energy Maintenance Supervisor at the Salé plant.
Missions:
Facility Maintenance:
-Supervise the operation and maintenance of energy facilities (Air, Cooling, Steam, Water Treatment, Electricity).
-Monitor energy consumption and propose optimization actions (energy efficiency, loss reduction).
-Ensure the achievement of service performance indicator objectives.
-Participate in defining and implementing energy improvement projects.
-Manage the structure and interventions of service equipment within the CMMS.
-Coordinate with various stakeholders from other departments to implement continuous improvement action plans, focusing on safety, quality, costs, deadlines, motivation, and nature.
-Comply with safety rules and work procedures.
-Participate in audits and ensure compliance with ISO9001, FSSC22000, FSI, HALAL, ISO50001, WISE2 standards... etc.
-Write detailed reports on interventions, costs, and recommendations.
Team Management:
-Manage technical teams (scheduling, training, safety, action execution).
Diagnosis and Repair:
-Identify breakdowns and propose technical solutions to restore equipment functionality.
-Monitor the safety of energy production equipment and alarm in case of problems.
-Ensure regulatory compliance of facilities (audits, periodic inspections, documentation).
Inventory Management:
-Manage stocks of spare parts, consumables, and chemicals, and place necessary orders in collaboration with the purchasing department.
Technical Skills:
-Knowledge of Energy Systems:
-Mastery of industrial energy systems (electrotechnics, thermal, hydraulic, electrical).
-Diagnostic Tools:
Use of diagnostic tools, breakdown analysis, and preventive maintenance.
-Project Management:
Skills in maintenance project management and performance tracking.
- Leadership :
Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians, ensuring task allocation and timely completion of actions.
-Organization: Ability to plan and coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
-Time Management: Skill in managing time to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
-Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changes and new technologies.
Interpersonal Skills:
-Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members.
-Communication: Excellent communication to coordinate with different departments.
Qualifications:
-Degree: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in energy or a similar field.
-Experience: 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.
-Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel, PPT...).
-Languages: -Good command of written and spoken French.
-Intermediate English.
