Job :

Context of the position:



Within the Power & Performance (PNP) team, you will work on complex embedded environments (ECUs and multi-platform systems) to ensure system debugging and achieve performance goals.
You will work in direct interaction with software and hardware development teams to guarantee performance compliance with defined KPIs.



Main missions:




  • Analyze the gaps between target KPIs and measured performance
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis on system deviations
  • Use test results to identify non-compliance conditions
  • Lead corrective actions in coordination with development teams
  • Propose and implement software and hardware optimization solutions
  • Track and manage defects and system deviations
  • Perform Proofs of Concept (PoC) to validate fixes on platforms
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of end-to-end system performance


Required profile :

Profile sought:




  • Master's degree (Bac+5) in embedded computing, embedded systems, or electronics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system debugging or embedded development
  • Experience in complex multi-ECU or distributed environments
  • Good command of embedded operating systems: Linux, Android, AUTOSAR Classic / Adaptive, RTOS
  • Experience with test benches and system validation environments
  • Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills
  • Good knowledge of measurement, debug, and automation tools
  • Professional English required
