• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental rules and instructions;
• Launch, organize, distribute, and supervise electrical and automation maintenance, overhaul, or repair work for his team's production facilities in accordance with given instructions and maintenance procedures;
• Organize human and material resources to carry out maintenance work;
• Ensure good coordination with the supervisor and maintenance technicians;
• Participate in identifying material needs for maintenance;
• Implement corrective and preventive action plans to address malfunctions/failures encountered;
• Participate in the analysis of equipment malfunctions;
• Ensure activity reporting, providing the necessary information for decision-making; 

Profile sought:

- 2 to 5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance, ideally in heavy industry.

- Good command of fundamentals: reading schematics, measurements, motors, protections, controls.

- Practical knowledge of Medium Voltage (MV) and VSD/VFD (at least alarm reading + diagnostic logic).

- Reliability, discipline, team spirit, availability for on-call duty/adapted hours if necessary.

Assets (desired)

Notions of instrumentation/automation (sensors, simple loops, exchanges with automation engineers).
