The main objective is to ensure perfect execution of table service, from welcoming guests to their complete satisfaction, while respecting the establishment's standards. You will contribute to the smooth running of service and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Assist the Chef de Rang in managing a section (area of the restaurant).
• Warmly welcome guests and accompany them to their table.
• Present the menu and take orders with precision.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their meal.
• Clear tables and set them for the next guests.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the dining room.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues quickly and courteously.

• Proven experience in table service.
• Excellent knowledge of restaurant and sommelier service standards.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal ease.
• Keen sense of observation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and total commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in foreign languages (suitable for international clientele) is a major asset.
