Reporting to the logistics operations manager, your main tasks will be:
• Manually enter orders received by email into the WMS.
• Integrate customer order files according to internal procedures.
• Check the consistency of information received before entry or integration.
• Verify item references, quantities, recipients, delivery addresses, and requested dates.
• Identify and report missing, inconsistent, or non-compliant data.
• Follow up on entered orders until they are validated in the system.
• Update tracking tables and reporting tools related to orders.
• File and archive emails, files, and documents related to customer orders.
• Collaborate with the preparation, stock, control, shipping, and customer service teams.
• Meet processing deadlines to ensure the smooth execution of operations.
• Ensure the reliability, confidentiality, and traceability of the entered data.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in data entry, logistics administration, sales administration, customer service, or order management is desired.
• Good command of office tools, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable with order files, Excel spreadsheets, and computer systems.
• Knowledge or use of a WMS, ERP, or order management software is desired.
• Good ability to check references, quantities, addresses, and customer information.
• Rigor, speed, and reliability in data entry.
• Attention to detail and good concentration skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requests within deadlines.
• Seriousness, discretion, and respect for procedures.
• Team spirit and availability.
