As part of the development of our Training department, we are recruiting a Data Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to training activities
- Design dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs)
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements
- Collaborate with HR and Training teams to optimize programs
- Automate reporting and ensure data reliability
Profile sought:
Master's degree (Bac+5) in Data, Statistics, HR, or equivalent
Experience in data analysis (ideally in HR or training)
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
Analytical mindset, rigor, and sense of confidentiality
