As part of strengthening its logistics activities, our client - a leading player in the distribution of automotive spare parts - is looking for a(n)



experienced Customs Declarant.



This strategic position involves the complete management of customs procedures related to the import of automotive parts, in strict compliance with current Moroccan legislation.



Main responsibilities:



  • Prepare, write, and submit customs declarations via the BADR system.
  • Verify the conformity of import documents: invoices, delivery notes, certificates of origin, etc.
  • Ensure follow-up of files until the effective availability of goods.
  • Maintain smooth communication with customs authorities and partner organizations.
  • Apply appropriate customs regimes (DUM, AT, DAU...) according to the nature of the imports.
  • Master customs nomenclatures specific to the automotive parts sector.
  • Manage any disputes or anomalies related to customs clearance operations.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics and procurement teams to ensure operational efficiency.


Required profile :

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) in International Trade, Logistics, Customs, or equivalent field.
Experience:



Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the automotive or spare parts sector.
Technical skills:



Confirmed mastery of the BADR system.
Solid knowledge of Moroccan customs regulations.
Good understanding of customs nomenclatures specific to automotive parts
