As part of strengthening our team, we are recruiting an experienced Customer Relations Officer with strong sales skills and excellent customer relationship management abilities.
Main tasks:
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls (sales and customer loyalty orientation).
• Develop the client portfolio and achieve set sales targets.
• Manage administrative follow-up of client files.
• Handle payment reminders and debt collection if necessary.
• Process complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Update databases and provide regular activity reports.
Profile sought:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a call center, ideally specializing in sales.
• Additional experience appreciated in one of the following areas: sales, debt collection, or administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and sales argumentation skills.
