Manpower is looking for a Customer Relations Officer in an Agency based in Casablanca.



Missions
  • Ensure quality customer service.
  • Manage requests from corporate clients: taking briefs, understanding needs, following up on requests.
  • Propose suitable profiles for client needs and manage the placement.
  • Carry out administrative procedures related to temporary work: registrations, contracts, files, medical visits, etc.
  • Ensure regular follow-up of temporary workers and clients to guarantee their satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the loyalty of the client and temporary worker portfolio.
  • Participate in the commercial development of the agency (follow-ups, service proposals, order taking).
  • Provide regular reporting to management and ensure compliance with internal procedures. 

Required profile :
  • Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) ideally in Human Resources, Business, Management, Administration, Secretarial Studies, or Customer Relations.
  • Ideally, you have previous experience in customer relations, a temporary employment agency, human resources, or sales/administrative roles.
  • Very good level of French (spoken and written) essential for managing customer relations, reception at the agency, and document writing. English is a plus.
  • Strong sense of customer service, empathy, and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Organization, rigor, and autonomy in administrative follow-up.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment where responsiveness is essential.
  • Team spirit, results-oriented, and a desire to learn.
  • Proficiency in office software.
