As part of our business development, we are looking for dynamic and motivated Customer Advisors (M/F). You will be the main point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their financial projects and offering them solutions tailored to their needs. As a Customer Advisor, you will report directly to the Branch Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and developing a client portfolio (individuals and professionals).
• Identifying client needs and offering them suitable banking products and services (savings, loans, insurance, etc.).
• Building client loyalty and providing advice.
• Developing commercial activity through prospecting.
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and current standards.
Profile sought:
• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from a Business School or equivalent, you are a recent graduate or have initial experience in sales, ideally in the financial sector.
• You have listening skills, good interpersonal skills, and a talent for advising clients.
• You are dynamic, independent, and a team player.
