Job Mission: Ensure the financial control of Sofinas by managing the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system, to guarantee adequate adaptation to local and company processes, as well as the reliability of financial information communicated.



AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY



  • Lead the ERP implementation (Nav BC)
  1. Define the implementation plan, in collaboration with the financial team and the group's IT team (scope, key steps, timeline, and resources).
  2. Coordinate the analysis, configuration, testing, and commissioning phases.
  3. Ensure deadlines are met and manage project-related incidents.
  4. Act as the point of contact between the subsidiary and the group's IT team.
  5. Align local requirements with group standards.
  6. Manage contracts, deliverables, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Adapt the system to Moroccan tax and accounting regulations
  1. Configure the chart of accounts, taxes, and local legal reporting.
  2. Validate compliance with local tax advisors and auditors.
  3. Update the system in case of regulatory changes."

  • Control budgets and correct detected variances
  1. Participate in the development of the annual budget.
  2. Monitor budget execution.
  3. Propose corrective measures in case of variances.
  • Implement internal control procedures
  1. Define and document key financial processes.
  2. Establish controls and approval workflows.
  3. Assess financial and operational risks.
  • Provide support for internal and external audits
  1. Prepare the documentation required by auditors.
  2. Coordinate visits and respond to requests.
  3. Implement audit recommendations.

Required profile :
  • DEGREE: Degree in finance, accounting, business management, or equivalent.
  • EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years in similar positions, preferably in international environments, and having managed NAV BC funds.
  • SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Moroccan accounting and tax regulations.
  • LANGUAGES: English B2; French C1; Arabic, an asset.
  • SOFTWARE: Advanced Excel; NAV BC.

OTHER RELEVANT ASPECTS FOR THE POSITION: Availability to undergo a training period (2 months) in Spain within the financial and IT department.
