GEC recrute | Consultant Senior PMO – Pilotage & Gouvernance de Portefeuille Projets (Banque)

Dans le cadre d’un programme de transformation structurant, GEC – Global Experts Consulting accompagne son client bancaire dans la mise en place d’un dispositif de pilotage et de gouvernance de ses projets stratégiques.

Nous recherchons un Consultant Expert PMO capable de structurer, industrialiser et fiabiliser le pilotage d’un portefeuille de projets à fort enjeu.

Structurer et déployer un PMO cible (processus, outils, méthodologies)

Mettre en place et animer une gouvernance projet robuste (COPIL, COMEX…)

Consolider le pilotage du portefeuille projets (priorisation, dépendances, risques)

Concevoir des tableaux de bord et reportings stratégiques

Mettre en place des KPI de performance et dispositifs de suivi des risques

Assurer la coordination transverse entre directions et parties prenantes

Fiabiliser les données de pilotage pour améliorer la prise de décision

Expérience confirmée en PMO / pilotage de portefeuille projets

Expertise en gouvernance, reporting et structuration PMO

Maîtrise des outils de pilotage (Excel avancé, Power BI, PPM)

Excellente capacité d’analyse, de structuration et de communication

Expérience en environnement bancaire ou grands programmes (fortement appréciée)
