Job :
  • Oversee the daily progress of construction work on site, ensuring compliance with contractual deadlines and execution schedules.
  • Check the conformity of structures against execution plans, technical specifications, and current standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise various trades (structural work, framing, special foundations, utilities, etc.) on large-scale projects.
  • Prepare site reports, control reports, and work acceptance minutes.
  • Identify, report, and follow up on the resolution of non-conformities and issues identified during site visits.
  • Ensure continuous communication between clients, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) regulations on all work sites.
  • Contribute to the technical and financial management of contracts (work progress reports, work records, amendments).

Required profile :

Degree: State Engineer in Civil Engineering, graduate of a major state engineering school.



Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven experience in construction monitoring and management, gained on highly complex, major projects.



Areas of expertise: industrial buildings, airports, stadiums, train stations, heavy infrastructure, or any other large-scale structure.



Solid mastery of construction techniques, execution processes, and current Moroccan and international standards.



Required qualities: rigor, autonomy, sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong ability to manage priorities under pressure.



Languages: Fluent French required; technical Arabic and/or English is a plus.
