Job :

Reporting to the Hydraulic Development Department, your missions will be:



  • To carry out and supervise studies related to hydraulic structures (dams, foundations, soil stability, etc.),
  • To define and monitor recognition campaigns (surveys, in-situ and laboratory tests),
  • To process geotechnical data, interpret results and establish soil models,
  • To propose suitable technical solutions for foundations, retaining structures, and earthworks,
  • To ensure the technical management of studies, compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality,
  • To supervise engineers and technicians, ensure skills transfer and guarantee the quality of deliverables,
  • To collaborate with internal teams, clients, control offices, and companies,
  • To participate in the continuous improvement of methods and technical innovation (tools, digitalization, etc.).


Required profile :
  • Engineering degree in Geology, Geotechnics, or Civil Engineering,
  • Significant experience (minimum 8 to 10 years) in a similar position,
  • Confirmed experience in hydraulic structures, dams, or major infrastructure projects.
  • • Solid knowledge of soil and rock mechanics,
  • Mastery of geotechnical investigation methods,
  • Good command of specialized software (Plaxis, GeoStudio, or equivalent),
  • Knowledge of current technical standards and regulations,
  • Advanced analytical skills and ability to write technical reports,
  • Ability to manage complex projects and lead teams,
  • Leadership and management skills,
  • Rigor, autonomy, and dynamism,
  • Organization, availability, interface management,
  • Team spirit.
