We are looking for a Catering Supervisor to oversee the catering service for patients and staff at our clinic located in Inzegane.

Main Missions:

- Ensure the correct setup of different services (breakfast, lunch, and dinner),

- Ensure or control the maintenance and hygiene of equipment and premises,

- Ensure the application of all service standards and procedures,

- Ensure and control the management of supplies and stocks,

- Perform tasks assigned by the hierarchical superior as long as they are within the scope of the position.

- Bac+2/3 in Hospitality and Catering or equivalent,

- Proven experience in a similar role as a catering manager,

- Technical knowledge of Quality, Hygiene, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards,

- Management Skills,

- Organizational skills,

- Well-groomed appearance,

- Type of contract: Permanent contract (CDI)
