Join our dynamic facility in the Health sector as a Cardio Receptionist, ideally located in the heart of Casablanca. This is a unique opportunity to use your welcoming skills and attention to detail in a stimulating environment where patient well-being is paramount.



In this key role, your actions will directly contribute to a positive patient experience from the moment they arrive. The goal is to ensure smooth and reassuring care while guaranteeing the efficiency of administrative processes related to reception and appointment management.



Your main tasks will include:



  • Warmly welcome patients and visitors, providing them with the necessary information.
  • Manage the telephone switchboard, route calls, and take messages.
  • Organize and schedule patient appointments.
  • Carry out administrative admission and discharge procedures.
  • Ensure patient files are maintained and filed.
  • Manage the petty cash and payments.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Required profile :
