We are recruiting an experienced Business Analyst in Telco Cloud SDN POP infrastructures and associated services (M/F)



Mission Description:



As a Business Analyst specializing in Cloud Infrastructure, you will be responsible for participating in the design, deployment, and evolution of your new automated cloud infrastructure SDN POPV2 based on the Redhat/OpenShift solution.



Your main tasks will include:



  • Ensure the collection of needs for service migration and functional evolutions, by clearly identifying the necessary data, their origin, and their lifecycle. Be proactive with business departments and technical teams.
  • Design solutions that meet these functional needs, both for service migration and for the evolution of the new SDN POP V2 infrastructure, and translate them into user stories for the development teams.
  • Lead the development team in coordination with the Epic owner and/or the Tech Lead.
  • Improve the quality of data provided to business departments. Propose controls, automations, or processes to achieve this.
  • Provide daily support to business departments in the area.
  • Ensure that process evolutions are formalized and contribute to them if necessary.
  • Perform IT and Network acceptance testing of the developments carried out, coordinate business acceptance testing, and manage production deployments, with associated communication.
  • Write the necessary documentation for business users.
  • You will play a key role in digital transformation by providing robust, automated, and production-environment-adapted cloud infrastructure solutions.

Required profile :

Profile:



  • Engineering degree or equivalent in computer science, telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Business Analyst in cloud infrastructure management and automation.
  • Proficiency in Linux systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT and telecom network technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of virtualization and containerization technologies (K8s, OpenShift, OpenStack, Docker, VMware).
  • Understanding of scripting and automation (Python, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Good understanding of IP networks.
