Pour le compte de notre client, nous recherchons un Business Analyst Senior pour accompagner efficacement le métier, tant sur les sujets RUN que sur les projets de transformation.


  • Durée : 6 mois renouvelables
  • Démarrage : ASAP
  • Localisation : Casablanca

Missions :


  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins auprès des équipes métiers
  • Animer les ateliers de cadrage et de recueil d'exigences
  • Rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées
  • Suivre la mise en place avec les entités internes et externes
  • Assurer la coordination entre les équipes métiers et IT
  • Garantir la traduction des besoins métiers en exigences techniques
  • Participer aux phases de recette et de validation

Profil recherché :


  • Formation Bac+5 (Ingénieur, Master ou équivalent)
  • Minimum 6 ans d'expérience en tant que Business Analyst / AMOA
  • Expérience confirmée sur des projets IT structurants
  • Solides capacités d'analyse, de formalisation et d'animation
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies projet (Cycle en V, Agile)
  • Capacité à travailler en environnement transverse et complexe

Compétences requises :

  • Rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles
