- Prepare various cocktails and drinks according to technical sheets and upon request, while limiting excesses
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations set by the establishment
- Work in coordination with the barman and head barman to provide personalized service to satisfy customers.
- Anticipate customer needs and respond to their expectations with attentive, personalized, friendly, and meticulous service.
- Sell according to the customer's desires and product availability
- Know and suggest drinks or dishes that ensure the most profitable margins
- Participate in events and banquets 

- In-depth knowledge of drinks, aperitifs, and cocktails in terms of variety, origin, temperature, and dosage.
- Knowledge and respect of food hygiene and safety rules (HACCP)
- Language proficiency (French, English)
- Commercial awareness.
- Appearance, distinction, and perfect mastery of 'relationship' codes with clients.
