You are the sales engine of the agency. Through active prospecting (field and phone) and consulting, you will increase revenue, build customer loyalty, and contribute to the company's performance.
Your responsibilities:
• Sell offers and services (landline, mobile, internet, TV, B2C solutions) and achieve your goals.
• Prospect door-to-door and by phone to expand the customer base.
• Welcome, advise, and analyze needs to offer the right solution.
• Manage complaints and ensure quality follow-up (retention & loyalty).
• Ensure excellent reception and respect waiting times.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of sales processes.

• Excellence in communication, negotiation, and customer relations.
• Strong results orientation and tenacity.
• Organization, rigor, ability to manage multiple files.
• Analytical skills, ability to propose solutions, and teamwork.
• Proficiency in English (advanced to fluent level)
Profile sought:
• Age: 30 years maximum
• Education: Master's degree (Bac +5) in commerce, management, marketing, sales, or distribution.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in B2B sales, ideally in IT or digital services
