Join a dynamic team in the recruitment and temporary work sector. Your main mission will be to develop and sustain a client portfolio in your dedicated geographical area, actively contributing to our company's growth.
Your responsibilities will include actively prospecting for new clients, negotiating commercial contracts, and following up on relationships with partner companies. You will represent our company at professional events and ensure constant competitive monitoring.
Significant professional experience of 3 to 5 years in a sales role, preferably B2B, is essential. Knowledge of the recruitment or temporary work sector would be a major asset.
With excellent interpersonal skills and strong negotiation abilities, you are results-oriented. You have strong written and oral communication skills, as well as a high degree of autonomy. Proficiency in CRM tools is also expected.
