As an Assistance Officer, you will be responsible for handling calls from insured customers in difficulty and implementing appropriate assistance solutions, while respecting our service quality and internal procedures.



You will need to support customers in emergency situations by organizing all assistance services in accordance with professional standards and customer relationship management.



Customer Relationship Management:



  • Receive calls from customers in emergency situations.
  • Analyze assistance requests and verify customer guarantees.
  • Propose the most suitable solutions for the customer's situation within contractual limits.
  • Organize and implement the assistance service (on-site interventions, reservations, etc.).
  • Oversee assistance operations until the file is closed.
  • Alert management about sensitive cases.
  • Carry out commercial actions on incoming calls by offering customers complementary products and guarantees suited to their needs or by directing them to our partner networks.
  • Processing assistance invoices:
  • Analyze reimbursement requests and verify customer guarantees.
  • Check the conformity of services to be reimbursed.
  • Handle the payment of customer invoices.


Required profile :

With a Bac+2 level of education or higher, you:



  • Perfectly master the French language, both spoken and written,
  • Master telephone sales techniques and office software,
  • Have a commercial mindset,
  • Are driven and enjoy facing challenges,
  • Have excellent listening and persuasion skills.
