The Assembly and After-Sales Service Technician's main mission is to assemble machines and provide after-sales service for these machines using original spare parts.



Description of various activities and responsibilities



Specifically, their missions and responsibilities include:



  • Understanding the specific needs and constraints of the profession;
  • Ensuring the assembly of machines such as cranes, aerial platforms, grab loaders, or others on trucks or other vehicles;
  • Providing after-sales service for these machines at the workshop or at the client's site in Morocco or abroad;
  • Welcoming clients to the workshop for after-sales service interventions;
  • Assisting clients by phone or any other remote tool in case of breakdown or request for information;
