Job description

Company culture :

Es Saadi Marrakech Resort stands out for a culture strongly driven by collaboration, where people, well-being and the quality of human relationships are central. Teams operate in a supportive environment built on trust, solidarity and close management that acts as a mentor and facilitator. This culture is balanced by innovation and organizational dimensions, encouraging creativity and initiative while ensuring structured processes and operational reliability. Competition plays a limited role, with the emphasis clearly placed on collective engagement and collaboration in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

Job :

The Casino de Marrakech, a major player in luxury hospitality and entertainment in Marrakech, is hiring a Group Artistic Director to lead the artistic identity, programming, and visual direction of 6 outlets. The successful candidate will be the central piece of a creative system covering six complementary brands, each with its own identity and specific clientele (socio-professional categories/upper-middle class, 25-45 years old, local, national, and international).

— 1. Artistic Curation & Booking
› Define and manage the annual programming strategy for each establishment (DJs, live bands, performers, stage acts).
› Identify, negotiate, and contract with artists, booking agencies, and labels — from emerging talent to international headliners.
› Build a pipeline of exclusives, Moroccan premieres, and differentiating programming highlights.
› Maintain an active network of agents, managers, and creatives internationally (Europe, Middle East, North Africa).
› Ensure contractual, logistical, and budgetary follow-up of artists in conjunction with production teams.
— 2. Stage Direction & Showrunning
› Supervise the complete staging of performances: lighting, sound, scenography, staging, entrance choreography.
› Coordinate technical teams to ensure execution meets the positioning of each brand.
› Design and produce major event evenings: themed shows, residencies, brand collaborations, season launches.
› Manage and unite permanent artistic teams (performers, dancers, resident hosts).

— 3. Visual Artistic Direction & Brand Image
› Translate the creative vision of each brand into coherent artistic direction across all communication platforms.
› Direct photo and video productions (shoots, clips, teasers): framing, lighting, casting, post-production.
› Ensure visual consistency between programming, social media assets, Meta campaigns, and in-venue scenography.
› Collaborate closely with marketing management to align creative directions with commercial objectives.
› Actively monitor international music, visual, and cultural trends.

Required profile :

Education & Experience
› Degree in arts, design, creative communication, cultural management, or equivalent experience.
› Minimum 5 years of experience in a demanding creative environment: luxury house, music label, high-end event agency, club or festival artistic direction.
› Proven experience in booking and managing artists in the nightlife or entertainment sector.
Skills & Aptitudes
› Mastery of contemporary visual and musical codes — strong visual culture, broad musical references.
› Ability to manage multiple brand identities simultaneously without homogenization.
› Excellent negotiation, project management, and multi-team coordination skills.
› Proficiency with visual creation tools (Adobe Suite or equivalent) and social platforms.
› Availability in the evenings and on weekends; on-site presence during key nights.
