 Superviser et coordonner l'ensemble des commandes d'expéditions (RAL)
 Assurer le suivi des BL en cours (WIP)
 Contrôler les documents d'expédition BL, factures, etc. (Dossier d'expédition).
 Assurer une bonne communication avec les transporteurs pour garantir la fluidité des envois
 Assurer le suivi des indicateurs QRQC
 S'assurer du respect des règles de sécurité et des normes de qualité en vigueur
 Gérer les éventuels litiges liés aux expéditions (erreurs de livraison, retards, Blocage..)
 Collaborer avec les autre services pour répondre aux besoin et améliorer la satisfaction client



 Maîtrise l'outils informatique (Pack Office)
 Maîtrise le logiciels de gestion (SAP).
 Connaissance des règles de transport et des réglementations douanières



BAC ou BAC +2
