Join our dynamic company in the Automobile / Motorcycles / Cycles sector, based in Tangier. As an Advanced QA and customer interface specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and the excellence of customer interaction.



Your main mission will be to guarantee our customers' satisfaction by overseeing product quality and optimizing interactions with them. You will actively contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the overall performance of the service.



Your responsibilities will include implementing quality assurance strategies, analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve encountered issues. You will participate in defining specifications and validating proposed solutions.
