Overall Purpose


The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activities across the Hill Robinson and Moravia Yachting brands and their respective business streams.


The role focuses on delivering clear, consistent, and high-quality marketing output, while also bringing fresh, practical ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement across channels and events.


Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Marketing Manager will translate business priorities into effective campaigns and content, combining structured execution with a creative, solution-oriented mindset.


Core Responsibilities


1. Marketing Planning & Coordination


·       Evaluate and maintain a 12-month marketing calendar (“year view”) aligned with business priorities


·       Support the development of clear, practical marketing plans across all business streams


·       Coordinate campaign activity to ensure consistency across brands and channels


·       Identify opportunities to enhance campaigns with new ideas and formats


·       Strengthen the co-existence of both brands by improving alignment and consistency


2. Campaigns, Content & Creative Input


·       Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across:


o   Digital


o   Social media


o   Email marketing


o   Printed and branded materials


·       Contribute creative ideas to campaigns and content, ensuring they remain engaging and relevant to a HNW audience


·       Coordinate the creation of clear, consistent, and on-brand content


·       Maintain a regular and structured “always-on” marketing presence


·       Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard


3. Events & Industry Presence


·    Coordinate marketing support for major yachting shows and events


·   Contribute ideas to improve visibility, engagement, and client experience at events


·   Ensure delivery of:


 .  Pre-event campaigns


 .  Marketing materials


 .  On-site branding and collateral


     Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure events are well-supported and impact


4. Team Coordination


·       Support and guide the day-to-day work of the marketing team


·       Help prioritise workload and ensure efficient delivery


·       Act as a central coordination point across marketing activity


5. Performance Tracking & Market Awareness


·       Track key marketing metrics and campaign performance


·       Provide clear, concise reporting on activity and results


·       Monitor competitor activity and general market trends


·       Suggest practical improvements and new approaches based on insights


6. Internal Collaboration


·       Work closely with the heads of both brands and all group business stream leaders


·       Provide responsive and solution-oriented marketing support


·       Bring ideas on how marketing can better support commercial objectives


Person, skills, and knowledge Specification


Person Specification


·       Experience in a marketing role with hands-on campaign execution


·       Background in yachting, luxury, or HNW sectors is strongly preferred


·       Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


Skills & Competencies:


·       Strong organisational and coordination skills


·       Creative mindset with the ability to bring practical, implementable ideas


·       Good understanding of digital and content marketing


·       Strong attention to detail and brand consistency


·       Able to take ownership and deliver projects end-to-end


Technical Skills:


·       Good working knowledge of marketing tools and platforms


·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office


·       Familiarity with CRM/email marketing systems is a plus


Education:


·       Degree qualified (Marketing, Business, or similar preferred)
