  • Ability to translate broad direction into actionable execution plans with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, remove blockers, and maintain focus on critical-path execution.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to operate independently with high ownership and transparency.
  • Experience working across distributed teams and global time zones.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including mentoring, collaboration, and team building.

  • Coordinate across distributed teams with varying priorities and timelines to deliver integrated, high-quality releases.
  • Define and track KPIs and success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement through feedback loops and phased rollouts.
  • Establish strong program communication cadences (status reports, exec updates, readiness reviews, escalations).
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including OCI-specific checkpoints.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive clarity on scope, priorities, and delivery commitments.
  • Provide technical guidance and program leadership across areas such as release management, test readiness, and systems integration.
