Job Description
  • Lead and oversee the national Value Chain Management function in alignment with defined KPIs and business objectives.
  • Develop and execute supply chain strategies and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards, governance, and processes (IATF, ISO 14001, etc.).
  • Manage budgets and resources to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when needed.
  • Drive organizational development, succession planning, and team performance improvement.
  • Represent the Value Chain function within the organization and promote best practices across sites.


Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive experience in Supply Chain / Value Chain Management in automotive/harness environment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple teams and organizational units.
  • Strong knowledge of KPI management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
