Job Description
  • Manage day-to-day customer service activities for assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate daily operations between ADC, customers, LEONI production plants, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Process and analyze customer orders in ERP, ensuring alignment with contracts, capacity, and flexibility agreements.
  • Monitor finished goods availability and initiate emergency actions when required.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, support cycle counts/stock takes, and manage excess finished goods reduction.
  • Track KPIs and customer satisfaction, coordinating corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Manage demand planning for NAFTA customers in SAP IBP and support commercial topics (recharges, obsolete materials, freight, services).


Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain (manufacturing preferred).
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and demand planning tools.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and order management.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Advanced English
