Key Responsibilities Cloud Strategy & Architecture

• Design and recommend enterprise-scale cloud architectures aligned with customer business objectives.
• Lead architecture discussions covering infrastructure, applications, data platforms, integrations, security, resilience, and high availability.
• Guide customers through cloud adoption journeys including assessment, architecture design, migration planning, implementation strategy, and optimization.
• Advise customers on multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategies leveraging Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and other leading cloud platforms.

Business Value & Financial Analysis

• Develop and articulate cloud business cases that demonstrate financial and operational value.
• Perform Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), Return on Investment (ROI), and cloud economics assessments.
• Help customers evaluate CAPEX-to-OPEX transformation strategies and cloud investment models.
• Engage with finance, procurement, and business stakeholders to explain technology decisions in financial terms.
• Support sales teams in positioning cloud solutions based on measurable business outcomes.

Customer Engagement & Leadership

• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers throughout the sales and adoption lifecycle.
• Lead technical and strategic workshops with business leaders, architects, IT teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships across customer organizations and coordinate engagement among Oracle teams, partners, consulting organizations, and customer success teams.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer initiatives while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Technical Leadership

• Provide expertise across cloud infrastructure, data platforms, analytics, AI services, and application modernization.
• Design secure, scalable, and resilient architectures following industry standards and best practices.
• Define reference architectures, implementation patterns, and technical roadmaps.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, cloud innovation, AI capabilities, and industry trends.

Responsibilities:
Preferred QualificationsExperience

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, cloud consulting, cloud engineering, or solution architecture roles.
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise cloud solutions.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience within Retail, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Distribution, or other complex enterprise environments preferred.

Cloud & Technical Expertise

• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or hybrid cloud environments.
• Knowledge of cloud migration, application modernization, data platforms, analytics, and AI solutions.
• Understanding of security frameworks, governance models, disaster recovery, business continuity, and high-availability architectures.
• Familiarity with integration architectures, APIs, data management, and enterprise application ecosystems.

Data & Analytics

• Understanding of modern data architectures including:
  • Data Warehouses
  • Data Lakes
  • Lakehouse architectures
• Exposure to technologies such as:
  • Databricks
  • Snowflake
  • Spark
  • Python
  • R

Business & Financial Acumen

• Strong understanding of:
  • Business case development
  • Cloud economics
  • TCO analysis
  • ROI modeling
  • CAPEX vs OPEX financial models
  • Financial planning concepts
• Ability to communicate financial and technical concepts effectively to both business and technical audiences.

Leadership & Communication

• Strong executive presence and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across technical, business, and financial organizations.
• Proven leadership experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Highly resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in dynamic customer environments.

Languages

• Advanced English required.
• Ability to conduct technical, business, and executive-level discussions in English on a daily basis.
