Account Manager:
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic customer accounts by developing tailored plans that drive sales, profitability, and long-term loyalty. This role builds strong relationships with key stakeholders, delivers customized solutions, and contributes to business growth through market insights and commercial strategies.
Your role:
• You will develop and execute strategic account plans, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer retention across complex accounts.
• You will build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and aligning solutions with their business objectives.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to design and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and enhance satisfaction.
• You will analyze market trends, competitive insights, and sales data to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• You will lead commercial initiatives and support high-value negotiations, while delivering impactful presentations to senior stakeholders.
You're the right fit if:
• You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
• Your skills include strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management, negotiation, and data analysis; experience with CRM systems is required (knowledge of Philips products/services is a plus).
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• You’re a results-driven professional with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and familiarity with the Northwest region of the country.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field role. To attend the Northwest Region in Guadalajara.
