1.To manage incoming call professionally. a.Being courteous with customer b.Listening attentively to their request c.Directing customer call to appropriate person d.Deal with multiple calls e.Organise call back when sales people busy 2.To manage the telephone system. a.Teach newcomers how to operate the phone b.Check that the telephone network works properly c.Call the maintenance managers when lines are down 3.Assist the sales team where needed. a.Ordering of POS b.Storage of POS c.Assist with colour/technical training d.Do quotation and Invoicing for quick and fast items e.Help in sending SOA to customers f.Assist & help at cashier desk whenever required 4.Communication a.Always kind to customers b.Keeping a positive attitude
